2. Account Registration & Age Eligibility

You must comply with strict eligibility criteria to open an account or utilize the platform:

a. General Minimum Age (13 Years)

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your territory) to register an account. WhoseDev does not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information.

b. EU / UK Digital Consent Standards (Ages 13 to 16)

In regions subject to GDPR or UK GDPR where the age of digital consent ranges between 13 and 16, users below the regional threshold must obtain verified parental or legal guardian consent prior to opening an account or using WhoseDev.

c. Mandatory Underage Account Termination

AnotiAI reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate any account discovered to have been created by an individual under the age of 13 without notice, purging all related account metadata within 24 hours.

d. Educational Program Authorization

Educational institutions or coding bootcamps providing WhoseDev to students under 16 must ensure all applicable parental consent authorizations are obtained prior to provisioning user access.

e. Authentication & Security Responsibility

User authentication identity is managed via Firebase Authentication with active session validation accelerated via Redis storage. You are solely responsible for maintaining password security and restricting access to your workstation.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & 1-Click Cancellation

• Billing Gateway Isolation: Payment collection, card processing, tax computation, and invoicing are handled strictly through Stripe. AnotiAI does not store or process raw payment cards on its servers.
• Recurring Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing interval (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• 1-Click Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your WhoseDev account settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where explicitly required by applicable consumer law or granted under the discretion of AnotiAI support.

4. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use WhoseDev for software development. You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from WhoseDev core systems.
• Utilize WhoseDev to build, test, or distribute malicious code, ransomware, automated exploits, or dangerous payloads.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass system rate limits, local sandbox boundaries, or authentication gates.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to WhoseDev without express written authorization from AnotiAI.

We are actively developing and operationalizing technical controls to meet global regulatory and security standards:

6. Local AI Execution (Ollama) & Cloud Models

• Local Models (Ollama): Local AI models run entirely on your local workstation hardware over internal loopback ports. Zero prompt or code data exits your device during local execution.
• Cloud Integrations & Secret Redaction: When invoking third-party cloud models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek), WhoseDev automatically applies client-side regex engines to redact hardcoded API keys and sensitive tokens before transmission.
• Developer Verification: AI outputs are probabilistic suggestions. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying all AI generated code before deploying to production.

7. Intellectual Property & 90-Day Purge Lifecycle

• 100% Code Ownership: You retain complete, unencumbered intellectual property rights over all source code, prompts, context files, and AI suggestions generated through WhoseDev. AnotiAI asserts zero ownership over your software projects.
• Account Deletion & 90-Day Cold Backup Purge: You may request account deletion at any time in application settings or by emailing ask@anotiai.com. Account credentials and synced preferences are deactivated immediately and removed from encrypted cold backups within 90 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

WhoseDev is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AnotiAI shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, project downtime, or software bugs resulting from AI outputs or third-party service outages.

9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.

10. Revisions to Terms

AnotiAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be announced via application notifications or email announcements. Continued use of WhoseDev following term updates indicates your acceptance of the revised agreement.
